About Dr. Aditi the OT

Helping School-Based OTs Work Smarter and Support Students More Effectively

I am a practicing school-based occupational therapist with more than 25 years of pediatric OT experience. I am also an educator, adjunct professor, CEU instructor, author, and creator of practical resources for school-based therapists.

Over the years, I’ve developed and presented professional development for national platforms like PESI, HomeCEU, and OccupationalTherapy.com, as well as custom trainings for school districts and SPED teams across the country.

Today, my focus is creating practical resources, professional development, and handwriting tools for school-based OTs — including resources designed to support clinical reasoning, save time, improve documentation, and help therapists make educationally relevant decisions.
The best tools should support—not complicate—our work. My goal is to create practical resources that help therapists spend less time reinventing systems and more time supporting meaningful student participation.

Whether you are new to school-based OT, looking for practical intervention resources, building your handwriting toolkit, or searching for professional development for your team, you are in the right place.
